The Platform (www.cashmerecraft.com) is owned by Old Village Overseas, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at F-431, F Block, Sector 63, Noida, Chotpur, Uttar Pradesh, 201307 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platform Owner’, 'we', 'us', 'our')..By using this Site, the User agrees to comply with all the TERMS AND CONDITIONS set forth.
This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions for the User’s use of the Site. The right to use the Site is reserved for the User alone and is non-transferable. Protecting the password(s) is the responsibility of the User. While we strive to offer the most secure online shopping experience, the Company shall not be held liable for data loss while transmitting information on the internet due to circumstances beyond our control.
Despite our best efforts to keep the Site accessible 24/7, it may occasionally be unavailable for reasons such as routine maintenance or server traffic. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that access to the Site may be interrupted, suspended, or terminated due to circumstances within or beyond the Company’s control. Membership Eligibility

Platform and Payment Services
This Site is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform for online retail. Payments are securely processed via Phone Pe, a trusted third-party payment service provider. Both Shopify and Phone pe take extensive measures to protect your payment information during transactions.
Equipment
You are responsible for acquiring and maintaining any hardware or equipment needed to access and use the Site. The Company is not liable for any damages incurred from using the Site.
Colors
While we strive to display our products’ colors as accurately as possible, variations may occur due to differences in computer monitor displays. We cannot guarantee that your monitor will display the exact color as seen on the Site.
Prices and Currency
Prices displayed include applicable GST but exclude international import duties, taxes, or other fees. Prices may change without notice; however, the price at the time of purchase will apply. In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders.
Electronic Communications
By using the Site and sending emails or other data to communicate with us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. These communications are considered notices under applicable law.
License and Site Access

Pricing Information
We strive to offer competitive prices but do not guarantee the lowest prices in the market. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. If there are errors in pricing or product descriptions, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the order. Payments are processed via Phonepe, and refunds will be issued to the same account used for payment. If you opt for Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will not be applicable. For COD, order Exchange will be available if qualified (check the return and refund policy for more details).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
If Cashmere Craft breaches these Terms of Use, Cashmere Craft will be responsible for any losses you suffer, provided they were reasonably foreseeable to both you and us. Cashmere Craft does not in any way exclude or limit its liability for:

The maximum reimbursement of the above damages will (if applicable) be limited to the purchase price of the Products concerned. We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect information provided on the Website.
TERMINATION
Cashmere Craft reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your account, delete your profile and any User Generated Content, and restrict your use of all or any part of the Website for any reason, without notice or liability to you or others. Cashmere Craft also reserves the right to block users from certain IP addresses to prevent access to the Website.
You may terminate your account at any time by clicking the “Deactivate Account” button in your Account Settings. You understand and agree that some of your User user-generated content, such as content displayed outside your profile, in activity feeds, or on other social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), may remain visible even after your account is terminated.
These Terms of Use remain in effect even after your account is terminated.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any unlawful, void, or unenforceable provision will be deemed severable, and the rest of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.

For product purchases, the policies and terms in effect at the time of your order will apply unless changes are required by law or government authority, or if we notify you of changes before sending your Order Confirmation.

All images, graphics, and visual content displayed on this Website are the exclusive property of Cashmere Craft. These materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
